To conduct dialogues, seminars, and lectures upon proper coordination with the concerned offices in consonance with the Executive Order No.713 (Values Formation), 714 (Interfaith), Republic Act 5713 Code of Conduct and Ethical Standard of the Philippine National Police and Presidential Decree No.826, Proclamation No.62 (Declaring A Moral Recovery Program in all sectors in the Philippines) and Executive Order No.319 (Institutionalizing the moral recovery program in all Government Departments, offices, agencies, and Government-owned and controlled).
